The Environmental and Biosystems Engineering Students Association (EBESA) hosted a Career Talk on Thursday, 28th March 2024, at the University of Nairobi’s Upper Kabete campus. The event, which was sponsored by KeSEBAE, aimed to facilitate engagement between students and industry stakeholders, providing insights into career prospects post-graduation. It featured two distinguished Fellows of KeSEBAE from the field of Environmental and Biosystems Engineering; Eng. Kennedy Makudiuh, Senior Principal Superintending Engineer in the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development and Eng. John Nyaguti, who is a lecturer at Kenyatta University. Eng. Makudiuh, shared insights from his extensive experience dating back to the early 90s. He provided guidance on interview preparation and the importance of networking in building industry relationships.
