The Society was registered as a professional and independent body in 1972. Through the years, we have endeavored to promote our members careers throughout the environment, biological and agricultural engineering profession.

We seeks to become a key knowledge partner and visible policy advocate on the role of engineering and technology in the transformation and industrialization of the environment, food, energy and water towards achieving sustainable development in Kenya.

Objectives
Leading Society in Kenya for Biological, Environmental and Agricultural Engineers
The objects of the society are to promote the application of the art and science of engineering to the environment, biological and agricultural systems, biology-based production and processing industries as well as to promote education, training and professional development of engineers in these relevant areas.
- To operate with honesty and transparency in supporting the professional ethics of our members.
- To provide value and support to our members and the related engineering, scientific and allied community.

History & Expertise
- 1972 - Registered as a professional and independent body under name Kenya Society of Agricultural Engineers.
- 2017 - Change of society name from Kenya Society of Agricultural Engineers to Kenya Society of Biological, Environmental and Agricultural Engineers (KeSEBAE)
